Navigating insurance and our solar panel contract felt overwhelming, but Sydney patiently walked us through every detail. She took the time to thoroughly review both our insurance policy and our solar contract, answered countless questions, maintained excellent communication throughout the process, and fought hard on our behalf with the insurance company. We never felt like "just another customer." Their professionalism during the roofing project itself was equally impressive. On the morning our roof was scheduled to be removed, the crew experienced an incredible personal hardship on their way to our home. Despite that, they still showed up.
